Komen South Florida has been hard at work this summer preparing for October and National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, kicking off Race for the Cure registration and planning our 9th Annual Pink Ribbon Luncheon. We've also recently launched a refreshed website and are busy adding new and exciting community outreach events to share with you.

As a community funded organization, we are proud of our volunteers and donors like you who support the work we do. We can't do it without you and are grateful each and every day for your commitment to our vision of a world without breast cancer!

PINK RIBBON LUNCHEON

Breast Cancer 101 Ask the Experts!

Register today for The 9th Annual Pink Ribbon Luncheon featuring keynote speakers Kathy Schilling, M.D., Moshe Peress, M.D., and Keith Knutson, Ph.D., who will highlight radiology, reproduction, and research. Anyone who purchases a ticket may send in a question along with their RSVP. Questions will be answered by experts during the luncheon. 

The luncheon event is an annual social staple, featuring a silent auction and sit-down meal.

CALLING ALL GRANTEES

Grants Applications are now being accepted!

Susan G. Komen® South Florida is proud to announce the release of its RFA (Request for Application) for services to be provided fiscal year 04/01/2015 to 03/31/2016. Two separate application releases are being issued – one in the area of Patient Care, and the other in the area of Breast Health Navigation/Education. Applications for breast cancer and breast health programs from nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies and educational institutions in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties are eligible for grant funding.
